1.9??? For middle of nowhere texas???

green junimo :

yeah but then you have to live in Texas

Rafa Navarro :

The problem is that even if this style comes back, by now you need to be a billionaire to be able to afford something in style. Everything you can buy for an affordable price by now will be prefabricated and soulless, unlike before.

samanthac814 :

Gotta have someone get up to the second floor to mow the grass upstairs 😆

Lpchess :

Mid century new build??? PLEASE TAKE MY MONEY

StatBot :

Gødćreatēd :

Need this builder in Atlanta!

Bolognaboludo :

It’s definitely midcentury but the giveaway is how huge it is. 20+ ft ceilings, so much empty/unused/dead space for the sake of it. One of the most perplexing parts of modern day new builds is the need for excessive space

Melissa Sophie :

This but with Wood flooring would be a dream 🥹

Miranda Heckbert :

Feels a tad shiny to me but I feel like it’s wayyyyy better than most new builds

Bettina :

Finally some new build taste

Caleb :
