I think this guy is forgetting about having come courtesy and respect. If you come out that being disrespectful to someone then of course they’re going to not want to take your advice and most likely be disrespectful back. But if you give someone advice or talk to someone with respect and courtesy, they will treat you with respect and courtesy back.

Its not the fact that we are being disrespectful its the fact that we can't keep it a 100 with you because we have to watch how we relay the message. Direct approach is often seen as rude and thats ridiculous. My parents talked to me tougher than I talk to these dudes and they get emotional 😢
