Id say the third baseman would hold back. The only way the third baseman would charge is if the batter pulled bunt and it was going to the third baseman hard

So much activity!!! Simplify the entire thing. Pitcher covers all shirt balls and first base side third crashes, first base stays home. Short covers third. The odds on getting the runner at third are almost zero! Get the out at first.
