@lifestylenz: Chocolate Self saucing steamed pudding Recipe 1 cup self raising flour 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder 80g melted butter 1 large egg Chocolate sauce: 3/4 C brown sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa 1 1/2 cups boiling water Melt butter add sugar and cocoa mix well then add egg mix well then add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased steamed pudding bowl top with chocolate sauce then steamed in a Stock pot with about 1/4 - 1/2 full of water for approximately 1 hour or until cooked.
