Hemp cream !! You can get a tube of it KFF amazon for like £5 & trust it works, I have arthirits & it causes extreme pain flares like this in my lower half & I use that & it works, the only con is it mskes the area you apply it to feel weirdly cold like inside but it helps the pain a lot!

I do the exact same thing. The leg pain is intense, excruciating, and unrelenting. Magnesium lotion provides a measure of short term relief, but only briefly. Don't know when I've slept the night through without pain.
