Hi, thank you so much for your videos…they really are a life line. I have osteoarthritis in both feet, and steroid injections haven’t really helped and I can’t take anti-inflammatory medication. Is there anything you can recommend in the way of exercises to help ease the pain/strengthen my feet/ankles? Any advice gratefully appreciated.

hi I had a hip x-ray which was a ok even though I was having terrible pain. in other joint too.. rheumatoid factor is not normal.. have to retest.. now my pain has more or less gone again. but always comes back?

Just come across your page . I have lots of pains that you talk about, especially knee pain , but my worse if my ankle, when I wake up it’s fine , but soon after I put my weight on it , it will ache and then swell up and stay swollen and hurt all day , could it be arthritis. Phil
