I would recommend holding a pillow around your abdomen when walking. I was told to do it after my excision surgery and it did help - still painful but putting pressure on holding it together made it feel a little more bearable. Hopefully you are in less pain soon xx

Got mine 7th of this month was in surgery for 5 hours got sent home with in an hour after recovery I was in awful pain got no after care or pain killers they don’t give any here in Dublin and that was for endo , now I have to go back in for another one for adenomyos for a hysterectomy like why it do it there and then hope for a full recovery ❤️❤️

Just did this with a burst appendix and a hysterectomy plus endometrial biopsies. Can’t understate getting the hair brushed and the face done!

You'll feel and improvement every day. Peppermint tea and a hot water bottle are great for the trapped wind pains and a pillow held to your stomach when you sneeze/cough or even wall for the first few days. Wishing you a speedy recovery ♥️

Had mine 6 days ago and was due to go back to work today and had to call in sick 😭 my body is saying a big no. Still sore and uncomfortable with bloating and absolutely exhausted! Panicking because I don’t want to annoy my boss but I’m so unwell 😭 walking up my stairs feels like a marathon
