Rosmei quality is good but no illustration with those prices??? it's really hard for me to be convinced And buy their books (it's relatively expensive in north america)

I picked up 4 rosmei volumes at anime nyc, including volumes 1+2 of nan chan and I was FLABBERGASTED by them. I’m a public librarian, I handle books all day everyday, hundreds and hundreds. The quality of the Nan Chan hardcovers is astonishing. The weight for their size alone is so satisfying. When I reached the middle of the first leaf and saw real honest to god thread in the binding… I was awestruck. I showed my MOM. My MOM was awestruck. 7s can’t even give us French flaps anymore. I’ll live without the illustrations
