There is one video how Gerard talks at length about his his worst trait is also his best. And it drives him insane. He's a major empath where he/his heart feels everything. He cares so much that it destroys him mentally. He gets the moments in head head and relives the moment forever. The something else is etc. Then another. He said on tour bus he will just sit and think and reflect all of it. Of course the 2 things with him was always his jacket collection and DVDs that he never watched. He said beu g an empath his music wouldnt be what it is. And it makes him stuck out among all others in same genre. he doesnt sing it each time. He feels every word. And you can tell.
