@veebakesrolls: Fall baking series 🍂 Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Roll Filling 🎃 🎃 2 sticks butter salted (if you use unsalted add a pinch of salt) 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice 1 cup dark brown sugar 1/2 cup pumpkin puree Once done I let it come to room temp and refrigerated overnight. The next day I left it out for a bit before using. Cold filling is not the best for rolls as it’ll stop the rising process.
