3D interaction between complex shapes like branches are super hard for AI to replicate. The way the branches move in relation to the camera movements is extremely accurate in this video. Definitely not AI.

Being able to see the stars while the foreground is well-lit is odd, particularly with a lantern in the shot. I'd expect either the foreground to be blown out or the stars not to be visible. I'd buy that it's composited or otherwise edited, though.

I say AI because the amount of stars you can see. While it may look like that IRL, cameras are really bad at capturing stars in brighter conditions unless you’re doing a long exposure on the sky.
