I feel a lot of these pop ups is cleaner then most fast food and restaurants an the food be better. that would hurt to see all the meat get tossed 🫢🫣 that carne asada ain't cheap.

As much as I wanna support my people these pop ups are unsanitary. I’ve been sick multiple times 1st time thought it was flu second time realized had food poisoning.

The attraction to these tacos is how they cook the pastor. And unfortunately because the meat is exposed to the elements the countys in California won’t give them a permit. Ive talked to a few of the vendors and they have told me they have tried but get denied for that reason.

Yep! Perfect! Businesses have to buy licenses and follow strict codes for food. This is not racial or anything but a public safety and business thing.
