MHJ was one solid game away from a one thousand yard season his rookie year, Trey McBride finished 8th in targets, 4th in receptions and 11th in total yardage last year as a 1k yard receiver, the Cardinals over the last two years have been a top 5 rushing attack (finishing 4th in yardage in 2023 and 7th in 2024, less than 40 yards away from having more than the Lions btw), James Connor is a b2b 1k yard rusher, they have an arguable top 15-10 o-line, an upgraded pass rush and run stop with a secondary that consists of the best NCB in the league, a top 2 CB in this year’s draft and Budda Baker. Hell, even Kyler last year threw a perfect game, had a QBR that was top 4 for the first 14 weeks of the season AND broke the franchise record for consecutive completions. All they need is for Drew Petzing to scheme a better air attack, but somehow they’re not top 20 and Gannon is “in the hot seat”
