I worked in sight of Sears Tower in Chicago and I left work as soon as the first building was hit. My boss said I’d have to take a vacation day and I said No problem.

I remember that day, almost 4 months pregnant, like it was yesterday. such a sad sad day. I still get choked up every time I see pictures or see videos. my thoughts are still with all the families that lost loved ones.

😔Everytime I see this it just turns my stomach and makes me so sad😔. Brings back my fear my sorrow for all those innocent victims and I worked on the Navy base. I thought we were at war. I was so scared because all I could think of was I need to get to my son hes at school
