I got yelled at because I don’t know the price of the random thing the customer pick up and come to me 🤦♀️😭 I told him I cannot know the price of everything in the stores, and he just got more mad at me, yelling and walk out

you can remove lactose, it's with lactase enzyme, but it takes allot 24 hours to process

My boss backed me up on this one but here’s my “almost quit” story. Fresh to a liquor store and didn’t know the system fully (still don’t, this story is still newish). I had a lady and her son, the son being at LEAST 40 and making his mom buy his beer. She immediately started yelling at me about how she gets $1 off each box of beer (which there was 8 of) and I had to figure out how to do that. Froze the system twice. Kept comparing me to the “OTHER girl” who has been here for 3+ years. I get $1 off and have them pay. She asks for her receipt so I hand it over. I gave her $1 off the entire purchase instead of $1 a box, so she paid $7 more than what she wanted. She demanded I “fix” it. I cant change a purchase after it’s done. Then she looked at the receipt and back up at me. “WHERES MY POINTS?!” You didn’t tell me you were on the point system. I cannot input you if I don’t know who you are. Then came the demand for a refund. “I can’t do that” - “WHY NOT?!” - “It’s company policy. Which is why there’s signs everywhere, even when you walk in.” I have no spine in public. I was crying at this point. And this is the condensed story because I’m just hitting the important parts. Leaning over the counter, threatening my job, and they leave, expecting to come back in the next day to complain to the “other girl”. Instead they got 6’3 bossman who isn’t afraid to get redfaced angry at customers.

#7 - I had a customer buy a large to be assembled entertainment unit. Wouldn't fit in vehicle. Returned 2nd day with a still smaller vehicle. Returned on the 3rd try with an even SMALLER vehicle.

I work at a pizza restaurant, daily I answer the phones thank you for calling pizza place, never fails customer says is this pizza place? so many times I want to say no I just said pizza place to hear myself talk.

I would have called all of these fake but then I remember wroking at a Pizaria and one man threw a fit because there was only Pizza and italian food on the menu because he wanted steak.🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
