I travel a lot, and ive only ever had a 50k mah confiscated in a Chinese international airport. that being said, ive had my backpack taken on the side after x-rays for them to verify that it is a charger several times, but never confiscated outside of China.

Airlines allow up to 100Wh with no issue. Anything between 101Wh and 160Wh require advance approval from the airline; otherwise they will be confiscated before boarding.
