I have actually witnessed this bank being racist towards Burmese denying service and flagging their accounts for fraud stating their passports weren’t legit, then I walk up to the counter and they assist me for basically the same request. I felt very uncomfortable doing business with this back, I changed to Kasikorn. It’s just flat out Institutional Racism
