this doesn’t work for everyone but i struggled with the same sort of acne and it would keep coming back, my recommendations are niacinamide acid once a week, salsylic acid every evening, hydraflonic acid morning and night, and MILK moisturiser!!! (lotion clogs pores on acne prone skin) i’d also suggest spf50 every morning too! this is what has worked for me but it’s really gave me that glass skin i wanted for 5+ dreadful years, i also use la roshe poosay face wash which is a GOD send but can be a bit more pricey, all the rest of the products are affordable tho :)
