Pay attention to the unit amount of products. I’ve noticed several products that are technically the same price and look the same, but there’s less of the product.

Well the technical definition of recession is two consecutive quarters of negative GDP. We are not technically in a recession yet. There was a 3% increase last quarter but a .5% decrease in the previous quarter. People may be feeling the economy differently at the moment but we won’t know the facts until February. 2 quarters since July 2025

It’s a desperation and we almost always say it’s a recession/depression after the fact. There are sooo meny markets (ie housing) that is about to crash.

I know they got all funny with the session and depression definitions in 2008 but my personal opinion they just don’t want people to be like oh it is really bad so 2008 depression was called a recession and they’re gonna come up with a new name for whatever the heck this is😞
