Visited my grandma after having not seen her for over a year. I gained about 7-8lbs during lockdown and the first thing she said to me was “why are you so fat?” Followed by “You know women don’t like fat men, that might be why Cindy (my ex) cheated.” 🫠 I still love and adore grandma, but damn she can be brutal.. 😭

Yeah, people kept saying oh the fresh food, the healthier meals, more exercises, etc, and refused to accept the truth I told them, which is the “shaming culture”. YOU’D GET SHAMED EVEN BY STRANGERS ON THE STREET TO YOUR FACE, and no, not because they care, not that they hate you either, it’s just a sport there.

I grew up being sick with migraines from 9-19 y/o, and being skinny, then I gained weight at 20+ and Im now stuck at 150, and my mom, aunts (except one) and grandma have the same body shape as mine. My cousins are skinny tho.
