Very disappointed! I went yesterday to the first day of the showing. I was told they sold out days ago because they started selling A WEEK before…it should have only been sold to the people who bought tickets!!! Plus both theaters near me had no butter-beer icee.

I had tickets for the first showing at my Regal, walked up to concessions at 11:27 am (movie started at 11:30) and was told they had sold out. About 30 seats were booked for same showing so if they only havd 30 sets, that’s poor planning. I asked when they started selling them and they said days before. Please communicate better with your locations so people aren’t disappointed. At least I saved money, I guess.

💔 My children and I had the first showing at 11:30. We got to the counter to order and the person behind the counter told me they were already sold out since 3 days before the showing. My children were upset they didn't even want to watch the movie.

Showed up at our regal the first day and was told our location didn’t even get them to sell. Very disappointed. Should have been advertised as select locations only so we could have made the drive to one that had them.

@Regal you need to do better! we were planning on buying tickets and the kids wanted the buckets come to find out they were sold out 4 days prior to the actual opening. First of all plan for over selling. Second you shouldn't be allowing these to be sold before the opening night. Being raised on Regal I'm extremely disappointed.

Yeah they sold them 2 weeks before the movie so that people that aren’t even fan can resale them to people like us for triple the price

it was poorly distributed. It should had been per policy that only people with HP tickets be able to get the buckets and only 1 set per seat. I was lucky enough to get the set on display after they had sold out and I was there for the 1st show of movie. Saw so many ppl asking & weren't able to get any.

My son was disappointed as well. We went to the first showing and they were sold out. Called another theater and they were sold out days ago. We still enjoyed watching the movie but we were pretty bummed.

When I went to see the movies I was told that my regal wasn’t selling the buckets and cups. I was greatly disappointed as it wasn’t advertised that they wouldn’t be sold at all locations, which the advertising I saw for the house buckets and cups was a major reason for me wanting to go.

i get being upset that u guys didn’t get to buy the bucket in time…but some of u r taking it to a whole new level. multiple articles i read said that the buckets would start being sold august 20th. i will say i do wish regal advertised that. but i also need to say that with high demand buckets they do limit the quantity they put out. my local theater had 6 of each house. they also had only 12 galactus buckets for f4. i would say next time, consider reaching out to ur local theater before the movie release date to ask if or when they will b selling the buckets.

Everything was sold out for every theater near me before even getting to my showing on the first of an EIGHT day promotion. Was told none of it will be restocked, got unlimited for this too 🤷♀️😭
