Can you explain why it's so uncommon to hear about perjury charges for this type of situation? I'm just curious. If you were to prove the person is lying on the stand for instance.

I really feel like court TV ruined people for how the justice system really works just as though forensic shows have ruined how real policing is viewed. Forensic shows make it seem like they’re gonna catch a killer in a week or two and it takes years test. Don’t come back in weeks takes months. But I feel like court shows like law and order have ruined the real process because everyone thinks that they could’ve jacked in. It’s even hard to get perjury. They have to knowingly lied. There’s a lot of gray area.

You're paying the man, let him do his job. it is a different feeling when you're sitting there and someone who you thought was a friend and now they're up there lying or over exaggerating facts.

There is no time when I’m meaner to clients than during trial. I KNOW I’ve hurt lots of feelings but seriously STFU and let me do my job
