Nice bulk day. I’m trying to gain 20lbs as a 6 foot 2 man and powerlifting every day on a similar caloric intake. Fitting in extra calories on the chicken before the big bowl is, then the water for creatine followed by chocolate for carbs and energy pre workout is a crazy gainer move. I’m taking notes
