Respectfully,There is no rapture period.. The tribulation already happened. Most of the “end times” prophecy was fulfilled in the first century. People really need to understand that there are other interpretations of end times prophecy the popular futurist view. Partial Preterism makes the most sense. The book of Revelation was not written to us. It was written to first century Christians to warn them about what was soon to take place and did take place in the first century to that generation just like Jesus said it would.

Why do you think the Holy Spirit came??? the Holy Spirit come to this earth to help us live the life of Jesus Christ so to say that we cannot live holy that’s a lie from the pits of hell!!! The Bible said, be holy even as I’m holy, be perfect even as I am perfect. Why did he say that because you have the Holy Spirit !!! if you don’t have the Holy Spirit then no you can’t do it. It takes the Holy Spirit and you deny your flesh, your flesh is your trouble! Jesus said denial yourself pick up your cross !! and follow after me , he that saves his life shall lose it, but he loses his life shall save it!!! What profits a man if he gains the whole world !! and lose his soul what can a man give an exchange for his soul? Romans chapter 6 that says that sin no longer has dominion over you ! Romans. Chapter 7 says your flesh will give you trouble. Romans chapter 8 says that the spirit modifies the deeds of the flesh so you can live for God and live holy clean. The Bible said, be led by the spirit where you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh so if you do not be led by the spirit , and all you’re doing is what you feel like doing all the time then you’re about you! You’re not about God so surely you can’t live a good life for God do people sin , yeah people sin ! But they get right back up. I’m talking about someone that is bound by slavery of sin !! and keep Sinning . I can’t quit. It’s just like a man having sex outside of marriage and keep having sex Quit having sex get control of your flesh. It’s not the devil it’s you !!!! A lot of people blame everything on the devil it is you. You are the big problem. Give your life completely over to God and surrender to him read his word and apply it to your life ! and be led by the spirit that you will not sin ! God gave us power over sin !!!!!!!! we are the children of God. We are not a slave to sin or the flesh. That’s just what people say. Sometimes it’s a cop out. The Bible said once the Holy Ghost comes upon you , you receive power to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and all the powers of the enemy.

Last day prophecies were aimed at Gods people Israel, not humanity. Jesus and the disciples all taught that his judgment would be in their lifetime(Matt16:27,28). Paul taught the Thessalonians the expectation of the resurrection to be in their lifetime(1 Thess.4:16-18). The fiery judgment spoken of was aimed at unbelieving descendants of Israel at the destruction of Jerusalem in 70AD. All biblical prophecy was fulfilled in 70AD. This is why 2000 years ago Paul told the Roman church that Satan was soon to be crushed(Rom.16:20). The work of God is complete. Glory be to God. The New Testament writers themselves consistently emphasize imminence. Jesus declared that “this generation will not pass away until all these things take place” (Matt 24:34). Paul wrote that “the end of the ages has come upon us” (1 Cor 10:11). John insisted that “it is the last hour” (1 John 2:18). These statements only make sense if the gospel was a message of urgency for that first-century audience. To stretch the gospel into a timeless message for all future people divorces it from its historical and covenantal context. By AD70, the promises were fulfilled, the covenant was completed, and Israel’s story had reached its consummation. That is why the need for the gospel ended nearly 2000 years ago—because the story it belonged to was finished.
