There are many types of salvia. By hit and miss, I have some that bloom again after cutting back and some that do not.

Can you do some videos about rhododendrons? I live in southwest Indiana (zone 6B or 6A I can’t remember). I know I need to do something to prepare them for winter but I find so much contradicting/different info everywhere.

I did this and mine are beautiful…! They are king salvia. I saved seeds from the cuttings. Do you think seeds will germinate? I let them dry completely.

Yes! It regrows so quickly. I discovered it because the groundhog kept eating them and they’d grow back. Now I have some in elevated pots and I’ve been cutting the spent blooms and have had multiple new blooms this summer

Mine are doing pretty well but a slug ate half of one of mine unless it's that leggy think you're talking about lol anyway mine are three months in the ground. When would be a good time to cut it back? Next spring? I have been deadheading the flowers. Thank you so much.
