That’s pretty much how I do it but I always have problems or after the first one or two they seem to burn and still staying golden brown like the first ones. I’ve used peanut oil, avocado, oil, and even olive oil, and same thing. If anything, the olive oil was the worst one to use as it burned really fast. The only thing I do not do is use a thermometer to test the oil first. Should I be checking the oil temperature prior to dropping in in my cutlet
