My 5 yr old son climbed the trail and the 3 ladders to the kiva. You do it one step at a time looking straight ahead at the wall in front of you. He weighed 38 lbs at the time. Anyone can do it

Spend a day or two at elevation first it’s a game changer. Midwesterner here Had a mountain biking ride at 10,000 elevation in Durango, had 1600 feet of gain during. I don’t do cardio.
