Honestly, the marshmallow was oozing out the sides by the end and it was soooo satisfying 😍 The recipe: Chocolate sponge 	•	100g cocoa 	•	200g unsalted butter 	•	200g caster sugar 	•	6 eggs 	•	200g self raising flour Frosting 	•	150g dark chocolate 	•	100ml double cream 	•	75g butter 	•	250g icing sugar 	•	2 tbsp cocoa powder Ganache 	•	200g dark chocolate 	•	200ml double cream Extras 	•	1 jar marshmallow fluff 	•	Mini marshmallows 	•	Digestives/graham crackers, crushed ✨ Method: Firstly Melt butter & chocolate. Whisk your eggs and sugar until pale and foamy, then fold in flour and cocoa!  Once combined Bake in a 10x15 tin (lined) at 140°C until evenly baked! Cool, then slice in half for two layers. For the frosting: I melt chocolate and cream, I start whipping my butter nice and fluffy, then beat in icing sugar. Slowly add your chocolate until it’s combined. Spread frosting over your first sponge layer. Dollop over marshmallow fluff generously, then sandwich with the second layer. For the ganache: heat cream, pour over choc, stir until glossy. Pour over the cake, smooth it around and let it drip.
