I agree that a longer top wouldn't ruin the look. I need to have another look at her outfits but what about a body suit/romper instead of shirt pants.

What if you added a skin colored fabric underneath the costume? Would that be comfortable for you?

choose your favourite Rumi look and put it together as is and then maybe just wear a skin coloured fabric where your stomach would show, or top underneath?

You can alter and make your own version of the outfit that covers the tummy! Or if you get skin tone spanks to wear under the outfit so it looks like you skin but feels like a one piece bathing suit/covered. Do what makes you comfortable!!

Suggesting a white sleeveless mock turtle neck body suit! Paring it with high waisted shorts and a bright big belt with the crop of the jacket reaching the right length will definitely give the same proportions

slight change to the midriff of the costume so it covers the tummy. An article of clothing underneath like a corset or something that's cool and still goes with the outfit but covers everything. Or a portion where the midriff would be covered with skin tone fabric.

Hi Rumi cosplayer here. I am afraid to keep my belly out because cold on my stomach can end up in a lot of pain and worse. I am in the process of making a fabric cover with markings on it, I’ve done “this is what is sounds like” outfit and I’m using tights to draw the legs and arms patterns (I’ve made a tutorial if you’re interested ). Now I’m trying to make a leotard bit for the stomach in a matching “nude” fabric. You can also check pre made ones in Primark.

do a mesh bodysuit underneath! it'll suck you in and give the illusion of showing your stomach but won't make you feel as exposed

You could wear a nude bodysuit underneath the outfit? Or even wear a full tanktop instead of her cropped ones? Or you could even cosplay her hoodie and teddy bear/choo choo train pants 😂
