The whole failure to ID situation would throw out any injustices the officer committed. You MUST hand over your ID when an officer says it’s a lawful order, even if it is not. Lawyers recommend you say, “I am complying with your requests as recommended by the courts but note that the request is unlawful and I intend to fight that in court at a later time. At this point in time I am going to remain silent until I have my lawyer present.” Any other civil infraction made thereafter you may point out so that any video and audio recording devices may pick up. As he approaches with hand cuffs, say “I do not consent to you touching me, nor do I consent to any searches or seizures.” That will help you later as you set a clear boundary which was ignored by the officer.
