sgf local here, just a piece of advice as you pull in more people; try to dampen the acoustics in there. if the acoustics are this present in your video, its likely that your space will be significantly too loud for many people to enjoy playing there. makes it too hard to communicate in a pod or party.

Renaissance nights. follow the acts that play at your faires. ask them their rates to come in during cold nights in winter to put on their acts. live entertainment... but.. you get their fan base. come in costume, 10% off for the night.

Hey I’m not local but a local brewery to me does “ugly mug club” which people pay a monthly fee and must show up atleast once a month to Renew their mug in person and they get a discount….and then each month when you renew you call odds or even and they roll a dice you get it right it’s free and wrong you pay for it…perhaps an idea to get players to come back and themed cups around dnd like “Dungeon Decanter club”
