If she thought she was a model why would she pay a deposit??? She came to get a free service or some sort of big discount from u and was trying to use that model post for the confusion so u can feel sympathy for her and make u feel like it was ur fault.

I agree with everything except blaming her for waiting 15 minutes without saying anything. There should be a check-in process bc the customer doesn’t know how you receive your clients. Simply have the client text their name to you when they arrive that way you’ll know exactly when they arrive and can bring them to your suite.
