The earth is flat. Research Biblical cosmology. Isaiah 40:22 says that God sits "upon the circle of the earth". Isaiah knew the difference between a circle and a ball (See Isaiah 22:18). The Creator mentions the FIRMament eight times in the very first chapter of the Bible. In two places the Bible talks about the pillars of the earth. In five places it tells us the earth is fixed and does not moved. In hundreds of places it talks about the sun going down, or setting, and the moon moving. The Matthews Bible used the phrase "the flat earth" in 2 Samuel 11:11. Later Bibles translated that verse to say "open fields".
