At this point I think I’m the weird one that actually really loved all the crescent city books. I didn’t love all the characters like I did in TOG but I still really loved the story. I read songbird as well. The middle is a little slow and repetitive but the ending was great! I have the newest one on my shelf but I haven’t read it yet.

I have paused all unfinished series, I can’t remember what happens in the first by the time the 3rd etc book comes out so now I will hold out until they are complete then binge them.

I haven’t read Fallen yet but I recently finished Songbird and it isn’t bad. It’s just different from the other books. Which I expected to some point considering we’re following 2 new main characters. But it felt too different, it didn’t feel like the Crown of Nyaxia world to me
