For years I wore special shoes because I was told they would help. I’ve been wearing bearfoot shoes for almost a year now and I no longer have to wear any kind of braces have no more pain can hike again and have lost 30 pounds and they are fine on gravel 10/10 highly recommend

For me on gravel or even on the street, I feel the rocks but it’s more or a texture change and not pointy feeling. Barefoot shoes fairly drastically improved my joint pain from the bottom of my lower ribs to the floor. I’m also more stable on my feet - I don’t trip and fall nearly as often

Do they make them in kids sizes??? My 6 year old is type 1 diabetic and has ham hocks for feet, very often we can’t find shoes wide enough to fit him and if they are wide enough it’s because they are 1-2 sizes to big. When he’s on his feet all day his legs hurt horribly and I think something like this would help him..
