My flight was canceled due to weather and I had to get back to work. Also my luggage was on a different flight. Instead if acting a damn fool, I handled it, and they gave me vouchers as well.

Though sometimes people take flights to like. funerals and really really important things, and also flights are EXPENSIVE and I don't think most airlines will give you any kind of refund if you miss your flight, so that's just money down the drain, and it's even MORE to book a seat on such short notice. Doesn't excuse that behavior at all obviously, but it's not really something that can be shrugged off that easy for some people. It NEVER justifies those kinds of actions, but to say it's just like an "oh oops guess I'll reschedule" type of thing is kind of negligent of the important reasons people fly and how expensive airplane seats are.
