My life since leaving the abuser 5 months ago. I wasn’t allowed a life apart from my relationship hence supply been well set up before I left. While it is filtering out those who weren’t really a friend it’s been heart wrenching having to see them in groups everywhere I go now like I never existed and them enabling her constant torture towards me this months and always there for her 🙈🥲

My abuser’s horrendous mother literally made him to the point he carries a terrifying imprint/introject of her in his psyche - when really angry he would literally sound exactly like her down to phrasing, spite, facial expressions etc. I used to say it was like being in a relationship with his mother.

My ex was abusive, even my dad distanced himself from me. He said I was “trying” to be a victim. That shattered me almost as much as the abuse. We no longer speak.

He turned my family away from me and my friends have loyalty to him. I have cut everyone off so they can’t do his bullying by proxy. It’s like I saw this coming- but I didn’t. I’ve healed an let all go and stand by myself and nothing he does triggers me. It’s just awkward as we live separated under the same roof - coming up to 6 months not having spoke to each other. I’m standing in business as he always skirted over issues as if they never happened and never saw any accountability. I’m done done.

yep 100% even some of your own children because they will mirror them as they grow up and they will become them and then they don't see what's wrong with their behaviour even when you tell them no you can't treat me like that because it's learned behavior they learn from their role model so yeah we end up lonely and in isolation and escape goat💔
