Everyone is false in these comments, there are YouTube videos of REAL dsp owners breaking down pay, A dsp gets paid the same amount whether you finish in 5 or 10 hours. If you’re not getting guaranteed 10 you are purely being exploited if you finish early…

My DSP has incentive pay. If your metrics check out you get paid the hours you don’t work from getting finished early. They call them bonus hours on our check

if he finishes in 5, and you pay him for 10 — it’s fair because you’re still paid for the route but you can guarantee a full 40 if only 33 was worked if they don’t get any infractions, show vehicle inspection videos and other metrics to qualify for it

I’m pretty sure DSP’s get paid per Route. Not by how many hours the route is completed.

Amazon pays the dsp for the full routes only. For example if you have 23 routes today. Amazon will pay you to pay your drivers. Now what you do as an owner is up to you. You also have to take in consideration the rescues you need. Those come out of your own pocket. Amazon does not pay for extra driver or “rescues”

I hope your boss gives you the opportunity cause if you do it ALONE meaning without help from your boss… I believe you have to pay 10K to start your own DSP!
