@helinkenzi: ✨ Lipedema-Friendly Workout Day ✨ Not everything is filmed, but here’s today’s routine •Core workouts on row machine •Hamstring warm-up (row machine) •Hip thrusts •Leg press •Elevated backward lunges •Hip abductions •Walking lunges 30 min walk for circulation + endurance 🩵 Consistency is key. Moving for strength, lymph flow! When working out with lipedema, it’s usually best to stick with lighter weights + higher reps instead of heavy lifting. You can occasionally go heavier but remember with some people the stress of heavy weight training can progress your lipedema. this is what happened to me pre removal. Now it’s all about maintaining and reducing inflammation till the next surgery. Don’t neglect recovery ❤️
