me and my son work there every time we see Long John silver commercial or is it mentioned both our hands hurt shaking those damn baskets like 15 times for each thing that is fried oh my God it was very hard work for very little pay I can say it was one of my worst jobs ever but my boss angel she was a angel

I worked at long John silvers frying fish. We did not use any fizzy. Only water. The dry batter came pre mixed in bags

Why, just why? I ate at a LJS about 30 years ago. 1st time eating at one. Got my fish order and took a bite. Delicious, crunchy exterior followed by oozing liquid out of the delicious crunchy exterior. Damn near threw up and I deposited it in the garbage can and wondered why people liked their LJS oozing fish filets and haven't been back to one since.
