I normally smile to them but did not expect when he said “Kain tayo”, him offering his bread. This made my heart smile. Naisip ko to invite Tatay to eat with me since tanghali na that time. I went back to him and asked him this time: Tay, Tara Kain Tayo! While ordering he whispered: Bertday ko ngayon, salamat ng marami ha. And this is how it went! To Tatay, hindi lang po ikaw ang napasaya ko. You made my heart really happy too. P.S Matagal na si Tatay nag paparking sa tapat ng Mcdo. I was working at a fastfood resto too (Jollibee) last Saturday, there was this couple with a child waiting for some kind people to offer them a hitch from tibungco to gensan where they lived, at 1pm they were already outside of the store, we didn't knew if they have already eaten, until the rain comes, they move from the front of the store to the back just to get shelter, until our security guard talked to them, they say "galing pa kaming laak, nag tratrabaho ako bilang isang construction worker, dinala ko pamilya ko sa laak para iisa lang kami kakain at iisang gastosin lang (40's na si tatay, mid 30's si ate tapos ang bata juskopo, 4 months palang 😓😓) napilitan kaming umuwi kasi yung sweldo namin di na nakarating saamin, tinakasan kami nang constructor, ilang araw na kami bumyahe, hitch2 lang hanggang sa dumating kami dito" then, our manager takes action, pinakain sila nang bongga nang store namin, ang ibang kitchen crew lumabas na din para aliwin sila tatay kasi umiiyak, tapos yung iba kinakarga ang bata para makakain si ate, then nag chip in din halos ang mga crew para may pamasahe pauwi sila tatay
