Full workout: 3 x 8 squats 3 x 10 each leg single leg hip thrust with lateral resistance (anterior oblique sling movement-helps to decrease pain associated with SPD/pelvic girdle pain) 3 x 8 each leg split squats with internal rotation (internal rotation work can help prepare the pelvis to OPEN for birth, prevent late labor stalls in birth, improve pelvic floor healing postpartum, and decrease pelvic pelvic pain and pelvic floor issues) 3 x 10 each leg lateral step up 2 x 20 seconds each side Copenhagen plank (Strengthening your adductors during pregnancy can help with hip and pelvic mobility. Adductors are also directly correlated to the pelvic floor, so a strong adductor muscle can help provide extra stability and strength!!)
