He has a British Airways ticket trying to board ITA flight. check his other videos, he claims he went to the information desk and apparently they told him that there was another flight that wasn't on the board. If that was the case, there would have been several other people at the desk and they would have rectified it/made an announcement, otherwise they'd have had an empty flight.

This is happening a lot lately. I tried to fly to Canada last year with two of my friends spent £1700 on a ticket and booked excursions in advance and they would not let us on the flight and could not give us a reason but Canada gave us a Visa make that one out.

LHR is on the ticket that he has is Heathrow, the gate says LCY, which is London City, different airports.

As a former airport employee, yes he was at the wrong gate but why didn't one of the customer service agents help? Very easy to communicate, show the departure screen or walk him to the gate where he was supposed to be at. It didn't need to get to this stage of anger and frustration.

When will governments start making it illegal to record people without their permission. Germany more or less has it but other countries need to follow before one of these “cameramen “ gets badly injured and the real victim ends up being charged.
