My mom got rubbery stretchy chicken the last time we were there. They couldn’t say what was wrong with it and tried to bring another one. We never send anything back but it was so bad. Never again

They're not doing well because what used to be a place that served really excellent affordable diner food now serves the equivalent of pig slop. The food is cold, gross, and poor quality now. Corporate greed is why they're failing. I went while traveling earlier in the year and the food was inedible.
