This happened to me around my mouth as well and NO moisturizer helped. The only thing that did the trick is vaseline seriously!!! Also having a boy 💙

I’m not sure because this is my first pregnancy, but I have the exact same problem that you do like my skin is absolutely so chopped and so dry.

I use the Cerave SA face wash (wash 2x), thayers alxohol free witch hazel toner, hones eczema face cream & the burts bees rice and aloe night cream! Haven’t had any dryness unless I go without washing

I have very sensitive skin: the ordinary hyaluronic acid original formula, cerave renewing SA cleaner and cerave moisturizing lotion. I do it all once a day usually like removing makeup and then just rinse my face other times. If you wear heavy makeup or waterproof mascara, the cerave makeup removing cleaning balm before the first cleaner I mentioned is amazing but I don’t use mine often because I don’t wear full face daily or waterproof mascara often. Also if you like to have something for before you do your makeup, the dove sensitive bar soap, fragrance free. Super gentle and I use it if I just woke up from a hard sleep and need to feel fresh lol

The only thing that helped me was delivering my babies. It happened for both of my boys and my skin was so different almost immediately after having them.

I was pregnant in the winter and I was so itchy I would have literal panic attacks. I had to lather my body in lotion and even bought a humidifier to make the air less dry 😅
