The reality is you’re a thinker with an open mind. Not old school where everything needs to be Union so I can make my house payment. It’s a competitive business and like other industries has died because of the demands put on it. It’s just simple cost benefit. People need to realize they can be replaced and it’s a job not an entitlement. Early bird gets the worm

I was lucky I was able to be home when my dad died but when I was at his bedside getting a call for work trying to calculate when I would he able to come in was a wake up call to how insane we treat priorities
