That is NOT how it works!! His message is emphasizing the importance of prayer in our religion BUT these sins (murder, zina, r*p) are absolutely unforgivable! His delivery was just soooo wrong. He means that the person who prays is "better" than the one who doesn't in Islam. I don't know why he phrased it the way he did. Strongly advise people to research Islam more. It does not condone any of this! May God lead us all on the right path.
