@mumsfoodies: Makes 8-10 RECIPE 👇🏼💝 280g Natural Yogurt 350g Self Raising Flour 1/2 tsp salt (optional) Add the yogurt to a mixing bowl and salt if you’re using it and then add the flour. Mix until shaggy and combined. pour on a floured surface and knead for 1-2 minutes. Put the dough back in the bowl and cover with a tea towel for 10-30 minutes. On a floured surface (loads of flour for this recipe the dough just eats it up) press the dough slightly and cut into 8 - 10 depending on size you want. Shape into a rough ball by pushing dough inwards and dip both sides in flour then roll each one out as thin as you can, add more flour as rolling if it becomes sticky. Heat your pan to a high heat, so the water test by throwing some water on the pan and the water should turn into clumps and go to the edge. Dry the water off and add your flatbread, press down all around it and count to 15 flip it and press it down again again, turning every 15-20 seconds. It will cook in a few minutes. Wipe the frying pan after each one and once you start frying keep pan on high / med heat like 7 on the hob. I keep mine in a tea towel while they’re warm to keep them soft.
