Interesting breakdown, but some parts are a bit exaggerated. – Yes, Windows/macOS aren’t great for privacy, and Intel ME/AMD PSP do exist, but saying every CPU is “backdoored” and can decrypt your drive automatically is a stretch. – Tails OS is great for anonymity, but it’s not a magic shield against all threats. – Changing RAM often makes no sense : RAM doesn’t store persistent data. – The NSA isn’t putting keyloggers on your laptop the second you connect to Wi-Fi unless you’re literally a high-value target. The general idea (Tails, Libreboot, VPN outside US, removing mic/cam if needed) makes sense for serious OPSEC, but for 99.9% of people it’s complete overkill. Most folks just need to worry about trackers, ads, and data collection – not nation-state actors. Cool video though, just wanted to add some nuance. 👍

when i do darknet stuff i use a lenovo laptop with an intel core i3 and linux mint with proton vpn connected to us servers (im broke asf so i can only use free vpns for now) and obv tor with javascript off and i use kleopatra to store all my pgp keys (for reference i only plan on using this setup to buy small amounts of stuff online) am i cooked???
