Oh yeah. Completely anonymous but they ask all the demographic questions AND how long you’ve been there. Danger, Will Robinson! Those surveys are nothing but tools to choose who gets fired next.

The Gallup poll we did last year labeled anyone who rated low a “danger to the company.” I haven’t done a survey or poll since. It does nothing good.

enter the high preformer in the process of moving departments to the "difficult department" because of toxic management. For 10 of the 12 years, in the comment section I wrote "n/a because I fear retribution for my honest opinion ".

My company did what they hadn't done in over 50 years of existence.
They hired an outside Associate VP head of people. He wanted change and was recently let go.
They couldn't handle people wanting better
